Sikies Transport & Projects was founded by Mrs Sikelelwa Clara Sodlulashe, who began in construction in 2004 as co-founder of Motaloi Construction. In 2012, she established Sikies as a women-led company built around three principles: deliver quality, deliver on time, and create opportunities for women and youth on every project.

Today, Sikies is a registered, fully compliant construction and transport company trusted by South Africa's largest contractors and government departments — with active projects across housing, infrastructure repairs, PPE supply, and logistics.
